Dentures

you have missing teeth, you may feel self conscious about your smile–a very common problem among people who have lost teeth due to decay, illness, accidents, or age. Not to mention, missing teeth directly impacts the way your mouth functions, leaving your susceptible to health issues due to poor nutrition and bone loss.

Dentures are artificial teeth and gums which are custom made to replace teeth and surrounding tissues that have been lost or removed. Today, most dentures are made with a durable resin formula that mimic the natural appearance of gum lines and function of teeth. They are made over accurately molded impressions of your jaw and can be customized to meet your aesthetics preferences.

We offer multiple types of dentures to custom fit our patients unique needs.

TMJ Dysfunction

TMJ stands for temporomandibular joint. This joint is located near your ear and is the connecting point between your jaw and skull. TMJ issues occur when this joint fails to provide full mobility and functionality—resulting in painful symptoms that affect regions beyond the joint itself.

If you’re wondering if you have TMJ dysfunction, your first step is a careful analysis of your symptoms. You might have TMJ dysfunction if you experience the following difficulties:

  • Your jaw becomes locked when you try to move it.
  • You hear clicks and pops when you move your mouth.
  • You experience pain in your face, jaw, and even neck.

You also need to be aware that TMJ dysfunction symptoms include ear pain and tinnitus.
