Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits and do offer direct billing. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Please inform us of any changes to your insurance coverage.

Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will direct bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

We offer third-party financing through Affirm (formerly PayBright), with interest-free payment plans that let you spread the cost of your treatment over 6 months. Our front desk can confirm the current terms and help you apply before treatment starts.

Insurance Policy
