Dr. Daniel Tsang was born and raised in Abbotsford, where he was first exposed to the dental profession through his father, Dr. Gratio Tsang who was a founding partner of the Abbotsford Dental Group over 45 years ago. He attended Rick Hansen Secondary School before going to the University of British Columbia where he pursued a degree in mathematics. The youngest of five siblings, he followed his older brother and sister to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where they all studied at Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry. While Dr. Tsang obtained his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, he met his future wife in the oral surgery clinic. Dr. Tsang returned home to Abbotsford and joined his father’s practice
When he isn’t focusing on teeth, he enjoys being with his family which includes 4 young children – Raya, Della, Lenna, Larkin, and their Bernese mountain dog, Bernadette. He’s recently found the joys of at home spin classes on his Echelon bike, so if you are looking for something to do at 5 in the morning, you can usually find him on a live ride then!
